Production

Turning

Our turning department consists of CNC lathes of various designs and sizes, with between 5 and 9 axis machining.

One group leader is responsible for the technology and personnel issues in a department. The group leader works with a production coordinator, who also provides the marketing department with information for offers via MasterCam.

Our production department has combined daytime, two-shift and unmanned operations. The group monitors quality through first-item-control, continuous measurements according to plan and last-item-control.

Milling

We have several CNC milling machines in our milling department. The machines are of various sizes and work with 3 to 5 axis machining.

The department group leader works with a production coordinator, who also provides the marketing department with information for offers via MasterCam.

The production department has combined daytime, two-shift and unmanned operations. The 5-axis machines work completely unmanned for long time periods.

The group monitors quality through first-item-checks, continuous measurements according to plan and last-item-checks
